Fairmont Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial organization, democratically controlled, owned and operated by
our members for the benefit of all who belong. Each year we hold an Annual Meeting for our members and staff to review
the previous year’s successes, ask questions, exercise your right as a member to vote, and meet our Executive Team and
Board of Directors.
Nomination Notice for Fairmont Federal Credit Union Volunteer Board of Directors – To All Potential Nominees.
The 2026 Nominating Committee of Fairmont Federal Credit Union wishes to thank all
of the members which submitted resumes requesting to be considered for nomination
to the Board of Directors. This committee has submitted the following members for
nomination to the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
This letter is the Official Notice, as required by Article VI, of the Credit Union By-laws.
Those nominated for a three-year term, with two seats to be filled are:
1. Patrick Tucker
2. Walter ‘Butch’ Osborne
Any member who is not nominated by the committee may have their name added to the
ballot by following the guidelines of Article V, Section I, of the Credit Union By-laws as follows:
“ Nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition signed by at least
409 primary members. To be effective, such nominations shall be accompanied
by a certificate from the nominee stating that they are agreeable to nomination
to a three-year term, and will serve if elected to office.”
Nominations by petition must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Directors on or
before February 23, 2026 and submitted to the Corporate Headquarters located at:
