Fairmont Federal Credit Union transitioned to drive-thru access only on Friday, March 20, 2020.  On Wednesday, March 25, 2020 we are modifying our drive-thru hours and extending our phone hours. Please know that our employees are committed to serving our members to the best of our abilities.  If you have specific account needs or questions, please contact a Member Service Representative at 304.363.5320, Option 1 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.   If you are experiencing a disruption in income due to COVID-19, and have concerns, please reach out to us so we can work together to find solutions.

We are encouraging our members to utilize our remote services especially during the Stay at Home orders currently in place.

Fairmont Federal Credit Union  will transition to drive-thru access only beginning Friday, March 20, 2020.  At this time each location will operate during their regular drive thru hours.  Our employees are prepared to offer services traditionally offered in our lobbies through other means to continue to provide you with the best member experience remotely.   If you have specific account needs or questions, please contact a Member Service Representative at 304.363.5320, Option 1 Monday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Tuesday -Thursday 9 am to 4 pm.

Our members and employees’ health and safety are of the utmost importance to Fairmont Federal Credit Union.  As we continue to monitor ongoing developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are following guidelines from authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our own pandemic preparedness plan to ensure business continuity of our operations while working to protect the health and safety of members, employees and the communities we serve. 

We understand that some members might prefer to avoid public places during this time. For your convenience, Fairmont FCU provides alternatives that allow you to perform your banking with us remotely or with limited contact.

Online and Mobile Banking is an easy, secure way to check your balance, make loan payments, pay bills, transfer funds, and deposit checks on our mobile app.

If you have specific account assistance needs or questions, please contact a Member Service Representative at 304.363.5320, Option 1 during normal business hours. You may also take advantage of our drive thru lanes during business hours or use our ATMs at your convenience.

We encourage all members and employees to follow preventative actions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help prevent the spread of illnesses like COVID-19:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue immediately in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
