Fairmont Federal Credit Union transitioned to drive-thru access only on Friday, March 20, 2020.  On Monday, June 1, 2020 we are modifying our drive-thru hours and phone hours. Please know that our employees remain committed to serving our members.  If you have specific account needs or questions, please contact a Member Service Representative at 304.363.5320, Option 1 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.   If you are experiencing a disruption in income due to COVID-19, and have concerns, please reach out to us so we can work together to find solutions.

Fairmont Federal Credit Union transitioned to drive-thru access only on Friday, March 20, 2020.  On Wednesday, March 25, 2020 we modified our drive-thru hours and extended our phone hours.   We are vigilantly monitoring guidance from the CDC, as well as the local health departments, and we have endeavored to diligently comply with their recommendations.   Please know that our employees are committed to serving our members to the best of our abilities.  If you have specific account needs or questions, please contact a Member Service Representative at 304.363.5320, Option 1 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.   If you are experiencing a disruption in income due to COVID-19, and have concerns, please reach out to us so we can work together to find solutions.  

We continue to encourage our members to adhere with the Stay at Home under the direction of the State of WV and utilize our remote services:

    • Please use Online Banking to review account activity, obtain our routing number and auto deposit/payment number on the account details page, perform a transfer and pay a bill. 
    • Please call us if you need assistance with your login information or need assistance with using a feature.  Please refer to our Online Banking Support page for self-service features and additional information.  
  • Mobile Banking with Mobile Deposit
    • Please use Mobile Banking to perform a deposit by check, review account activity, obtain our routing number and auto deposit/payment number on the account details tab, perform a transfer and pay a bill. 
    • Users that are new to the Deposit By Check feature, please review the Mobile Deposit FAQ page. 
      • Quick Tip:  Please make sure you have signed the back of the check (endorsed) and written “For eDeposit Only at FFCU” below your signature.
  • ATM
    • Use the ATM to obtain cash and make a deposit at our  White Hall and Country Club Road ATMs.

    • Please use telephone banking to obtain account balances, account activity and perform a transfer. 
  • VISA Debit Card
    • Please use your debit card to withdrawal funds at an ATM or make purchases.  Please refer to our Debit & Credit Card Support page for online and after hours support options.

  • Drive-Thru Lanes and ATMs 
    • Please review our locations page for the specific location hours of operations prior to visiting.
  • Night Deposit
    • Please use the night depository at any of our locations in operation to place your deposit or payment in the night deposit box.  
  • Deposits by Mail
    • Depositing checks by mail is feasible, if none of the other solutions meet your needs.  We recommend including a deposit ticket or note indicating the deposit account and including a restrictive endorsement after signing the back of the check (endorsing) of ‘For deposit in the account # at FFCU.  Mail deposits to Fairmont FCU PO Box 2139 Fairmont WV 26555-2139.
  • Payments by Mail
    • Members may mail their payments to Fairmont FCU PO Box 2139 Fairmont WV 26555-2139.  Please indicate in the memo line where to direct your payment.

Fairmont Federal Credit Union  will transition to drive-thru access only beginning Friday, March 20, 2020.  At this time each location will operate during their regular drive thru hours.  Our employees are prepared to offer services traditionally offered in our lobbies through other means to continue to provide you with the best member experience remotely.   If you have specific account needs or questions, please contact a Member Service Representative at 304.363.5320, Option 1 Monday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Tuesday -Thursday 9 am to 4 pm.

Our members and employees’ health and safety are of the utmost importance to Fairmont Federal Credit Union.  As we continue to monitor ongoing developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are following guidelines from authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our own pandemic preparedness plan to ensure business continuity of our operations while working to protect the health and safety of members, employees and the communities we serve. 

We understand that some members might prefer to avoid public places during this time. For your convenience, Fairmont FCU provides alternatives that allow you to perform your banking with us remotely or with limited contact.

Online and Mobile Banking is an easy, secure way to check your balance, make loan payments, pay bills, transfer funds, and deposit checks on our mobile app.

If you have specific account assistance needs or questions, please contact a Member Service Representative at 304.363.5320, Option 1 during normal business hours. You may also take advantage of our drive thru lanes during business hours or use our ATMs at your convenience.

We encourage all members and employees to follow preventative actions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help prevent the spread of illnesses like COVID-19:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue immediately in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
