UPDATE Monday, 2.1.21

A security change will be made to the online banking button of www.fairmontfcu.com on 2.1.2021. This change will remove the username field from the pop up that is presented when the online banking button is clicked and present the Login button as well as options for Enrollment, Support and Scheduled Maintenance. Upon clicking Login, members will be directed to online.fairmontfcu.com to enter their username and then their password order to login to online banking.

Entering of both the username and password on the same page is planned for a future update.

UPDATE Friday, 1.22.21

Using the correct account number when originating a direct deposit or electronic payment is key. Here is some information in regard to establishing a direct deposit or electronic payment that you will need.

Routing Transit Number or ABA Number: 251578844
This may be found on at the bottom of the fairmontfcu.com home page or under the Services & Tools tab.  It can also be found in the account details within online banking and the bottom of your checks.

Share (Savings) Account: Number is your base account number, generally five or six digits with no dashes or suffixes. This may be found on your membership card or the upper right hand corner or your periodic statement.

Checking (Share Draft) Account: Number is your MICR number on the bottom of your check without the leading zeros. This may be found on the bottom of your checks or in the checking account details within online banking.

Want to reference the checking account automatic deposit / payment number and routing number in online banking?

Here’s how:

Select the Accounts widget.
Select your checking account that you wish to obtain the Automatic Deposit / Payment Number.
The Automatic Deposit / Payment Number and the Routing Number displays in the Account Details panel on the upper right hand side of the screen.

*Please note: If an invalid account number is used, or account ownership cannot be verified, the deposit or withdrawal (payment) may be delayed and/or returned to the originator. For additional instructions, please contact a Member Contact Center Representative during normal business hours at (304) 363-5320, Option 1.

Due to the Governor’s Executive Order effective 7.7.2020 face coverings MUST be worn in all public places where social distancing cannot be maintained.  Appointments are recommended for lobby/office transactions.  Traditional lobby services will continue to be available in the drive-thru at our full-service locations, during normal lobby hours.  We will have an employee stationed at the entrance to provide assistance to our members/visitors.  You will be asked to lower your face covering briefly to verify your identity before entering the facility.  Please have your valid photo ID readily available as well as your transaction if applicable.

 Limited Lobby Re-opening: Our full-service locations' lobbies will re-open with limited access.  The number of members/visitors permitted in the lobby area at one time for each location will be determined based on social distancing guidelines.  Appointments are recommended for lobby/office transactions.  Traditional lobby services will continue to be available in the drive-thrus at our full-service locations, during normal lobby hours.  We will have an employee stationed at the entrance to provide assistance to members/visitors. 

For the safety of our members and employees we have implemented several safety and protective measures for our limited lobby re-opening. Valid Photo ID will be required before entering the lobby.  CDC guidelines will be posted. Floor markings have been placed in lobbies to assist with social distancing. Transparent shields have been installed at lobby teller windows and member service offices. Seating areas have been rearranged to assist with maintaining the recommended social distancing guidelines. We are encouraging, but not requiring, members/visitors to wear a face mask, if wearing a mask, you will be asked to lower your mask to verify your identity. Areas will be sanitized after each transaction. During this time public restrooms and kiosks will be temporarily unavailable.

Online and Mobile Banking is an easy, secure way to check your balance, make loan payments, pay bills, transfer funds, and deposit checks on our mobile app.

If you have specific account assistance needs or questions, please contact a Member Service Representative at 304.363.5320, Option 1 during normal business hours. You may also take advantage of our drive thru lanes during business hours or use our ATMs at your convenience.

We encourage all members and employees to follow preventative actions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help prevent the spread of illnesses like COVID-19:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue immediately in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
