• How do I activate my new card?  The phone number to activate your new card is 800.992.3808
• What do I do with my old debit card? After your new debit card goes live on October 12th, please shred your old card, as it will no longer work.
• Do I have to use the contactless feature? Actually, you can now tap to pay, swipe or insert your new debit card, dependent on each merchant's capability.
• Will my current debit card alerts still work? Your current debit card alerts are no longer active. A new tool within online banking is coming soon!
• Is the Tap to Pay option secure? Visa Tap to Pay is a secure, quick and convenient way to make everyday purchases.
• What if my card doesn't work? On Monday, 10.12 we will have representatives available from 8am-5pm 304.363.5320, option 1 to assist with any debit card issues.
